Charlotte Church

Charlotte Church was a Welsh performer who gained fame with her debut 'Voice of an Angel, which she recorded at just twelve years older. She has been a talented actor as well as a singer. She has also has hosted TV programs. She demonstrated a talent to sing at a young age and has been performing in public since she was only three and half years old. In the year she turned 11, she sang over the phone "Pie Jesu," which is a well-known hymn. It was then followed by her performances on "The Big Big Talent Show" which brought her to the notice of the public. She was able to sing at performances in Cardiff Arms Park, and Royal Albert Hall. Charlotte's musical talent was discovered from Jonathan Shalit, one of UK's most successful entertainment executives who assisted in signing an agreement with Sony Music and became her manager. She was the youngest musician to have a number one album after her first single"Voice of An Angel. The album was released in 1999. #1 album on the British chart of classical crossover.
