Demi Lovato

Demetria Devonne "Demi" Lovato was born on 20th August, 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Dianna De La Garza, who was a previous Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, and Patrick Martin Lovato, an engineer and musician, and born in Dallas, Texas. Demi was a kid actor on the television show the show 'Barney & Friends. They landed a role in a Disney Channel short called "As the Bell Rings" after which she was offered the leading role in the movie Camp Rock. Demi began to record songs for the Camp Rock soundtrack during filming. Since then, she has been recording single albums. Lovato was on the show as the protagonist in the Disney Channel series called 'Sonny with a Chance'. In 2012, they have been appointed as judges on The X Factor, a television show that features a competition between singers and composers. Lovato is a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Her mother Dianna Lovato also was a recording country artist. Amber Lovato is their half sister, originating from their father's family.
